      Pros

      Take home van Great healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Management is clueless of what actual job is like, especially when brought in from Big Lots and Check cashing companies. May get van to drive home, but do not get paid for time to drive home even if 1 1/2 hours away. No job security, mostly run down vans, Trying is almost no where near accessible. Long hours, short on pay. No trust between management and technicians.

      It was an okay job. You were dependent on agents as to how well you did

      Pros

      Benefits were good and company car. People had been there for years and very nice and willing to help whenever needed.

      Cons

      Management was poor. Lack of communication between management and reps. Put trackers in cars because they didn't trust employees. They said it was for the drivers but they did it to the sales team as well.
