Pros
Supportive management that wants you to succeed and they're approachable, will talk to you on your level. They do what they can to cure the blahs of call center monotony with pick me ups like team potlucks and monthly recognition.
Cons
Pay is lower than other call centers. Quarterly bonus helps. There are no increases except to learn more accounts. Overall stress is less than other call centers which is good.
