Pros

Supportive management that wants you to succeed and they're approachable, will talk to you on your level. They do what they can to cure the blahs of call center monotony with pick me ups like team potlucks and monthly recognition.

Cons

Pay is lower than other call centers. Quarterly bonus helps. There are no increases except to learn more accounts. Overall stress is less than other call centers which is good.

Pros

One of the best and most professional companies I've worked for. Safelite actually takes the time to invest in their employees and training.

Cons

Senior management please create more opportunities to those who graduate with a 4 yr degree and are passionately interested in contributing in a positive way to the success of the company and moving it forward.
