Company Vehicle to take to and from Gas Card to fuel company vehicle Company Phone for contacting customers

Cons

Long hours and constantly being sent to other shops due to high turnover so you may very often work more than an hour from home Company advertised one system of attaining bonus then switched it so now nearly impossible to bonus Company "standards" are fairly insulting to technicians when 8/10 is considered bad Always overbooked and add-ons at all times of the day ensure you'll never be done early

Besides work hourly you make more money by cars so not always at the end of the week is the same money but don't get discourage

Pros

Work vehicle, descent Heath insurance, retirement, freedom to work alone often. Fun atmosphere with other coworkers. Lots of support through coworkers as well. You can move up in the business as long as your holding a managers hand.

Cons

Your paycheck is based on your customer reviews, so bonuses can be difficult to get if you get a fussy customer. Management seems to be more dictators than leaders. Discipline of employees is done in front of everyone else around you and is very irritating. Raises are a joke and favoritism is very common.
