Pros

They hire almost anyone and do not discriminate based on age, education or experience. It appears anyone can move up if they receive consistently good reviews and get along well with management.

Cons

They hire almost anyone, it's an extremely low offered wage. Extremely Restrictive environment. They offer 50 cent raises and try sell employee on this being a huge amount. Extreme amounts of micromanagement. You are monitored the entire time, how long you go to the bathroom etc, you are forced to dress business casual for a call center. How can people afford these types of clothes with low pay? This call center is bare bones in appearance and what's offered to employees. Part-timer receives only one 20-minute break really more like 15 minutes. You are made to log-off at your desk and that's when the timer starts. You're not allowed to read books, tablets or use your cell-phone at your desk or while walking on carpeted areas. However, nonsensically you're allowed to watch Netflix, Hulu and shop online at your desk. Management always checking their cell phone on carpeting and at their desks statings, I'm the boss so I can check my phone messages, texts, pictures etc. The training is horrible and you're thrown onto the phones to unsuspecting customers. This lackluster unprofessional training is highly stressful for new employees who are constantly being monitored. Employees not allowed to leave campus unless they are on 30-minute lunch break. Employees not allowed to dye their hair unless it's natural colors i.e. blond, black, grey, brown. Employees not to wear piercings or openly display tattoos in 2018. They ignore employees complaints about training and not feeling prepared to take calls.

Pros

Growing company that has secured a place in their market.

Cons

This company believes you are lucky to work for them- not the other way around. If you don’t come from a retail background (think large company based in Columbus), then you are treated as inferior.
