Pros

Job security is the biggest pro here. The pay is also fairly decent. The lower management is pretty good, but upper management not so much.

Cons

It gets hectic sometimes, especially during the summer and the workload they will put on you after 1 year can be very overwhelming. The downside is if you can't handle the workload and your numbers fall under what they want, you'll be told to suck it up and do better because they're not easing up on you.

Pros

Nice co workers nice workspace

Cons

Don’t believe what you are told. At interview was told I could go full time anytime I wanted. When I emailed HR about checking into benefits for full time they gave me the run around and we’re very sketchy about the benefits. When they did respond with a short sentence they had my first name wrong!

Pros

There are some really good people in that call center. It's an easy part time temporary job, if that's what you need.

Cons

Not a place for great growth. Company is cheap, systems are outdated, and they have so many errors. The scripting confuses, and frustrates the callers, most of the time your putting out fires because of this reason. Training program hardly has a purpose. Very strick rules, non stop calls, cant be yourself on phone calls, you have to sell safelite auto glass with no incentives, everything is very unorganized, you hardly know anything, same with everyone else, you dont get straight answers. Insureds, and insurance company representatives really dislike the affiliation with the insurance companys, and safelite solutions. The people who work for safelite shops, or other CSRs you speak with are generally very rude, not helpful, or don't know how to help. A lot of problems persist everyday. I also didnt receive my last paycheck, and there is no HR number I could find online to talk to anyone about this, I can only find the 800 number, and I know the other person on that line will not know anything, and will be frustrated by my call.
