      Pros

      The Management is great at the Hiawatha location and they really cared about employees as a person. Also, they have a lot of opportunities for people to get raises, even in your 90 days! They promote inside the company, and not based on seniority which is nice.

      Cons

      Like any phone job, people can be rude. Also, you are taking insurance claims, sometimes, that can mean a person has died I do not recommend this job for highly emotional or empathetic people. Supervisorso seemed to be stretched thin and it could sometimes be hard to get something taken care of right away because even though they're all great people, they seem to have a million things to do.

      Pros

      Profit sharing that goes all the way down to part time associates, job coaches want to see you succeed and help you toward your goals, and call center work isn't very hard at all.

      Cons

      No security cameras in the parking lots, can be hard to get a hold of management in the field, and the turn over rate is too high.

      Pros

      They have great employees that give 100%. They try to help and look out for one another.

      Cons

      Management over works and under pays employees. They hire you on as part time, work you full time hours and don't give your benefits. A lot of the managers also played favorites with their employees.
