      Lots of room for growth, not a complicated position.

      Cons

      Never know when full time will open up, everyone has to start part time unless you are a Spanish speaker.

      Many hours to pick up for overtime

      Cons

      Just a person in the seat. Look forward to fire rather than hiring. Just want to keep hiring and not working with good people. They get quota from government to hire. They don't want to pay benefits so they would rather keep employees for short time.

      Pros

      weekly pay every Friday, get to learn a lot about the insurance industry, most of the supervisors are very knowledgeable , overtime is not mandatory

      Cons

      I wish there was more overtime available ... but when there is they do have a lot available most of the time, don't know most of the people on your team, no company parties
