      Work with a great bunch of team mates and coaches.

      Cons

      Can be rough maintaining momentum; ad campaign brings the crazies aboard. Wish for more flexible scheduling.

      Pros

      Corporate is investing in the future by bringing the right people into the company and creating the change needed to get Safelite to the next level. They care about their people and promote within to keep their talent.

      Cons

      While change is happening their are still a lot of stagnant processes and people unwilling to innovate. It's a little hectic with everything that is happening but it's unavoidable as change creates confusion.
