      Pros

      $12/hr base pay for all referral CSR employees, some great co-workers and managers, good opportunities if you could stick with the company long enough to reach them.

      Cons

      overall poor management, little care for employees, extremely easy to have employment broken, claimed my last couple days were no call no shows, all employees there are looking for excuses to leave.
