Pros

good pay for no experience. easy job.

Cons

you are essentially expected to be a robot. I got in trouble for leaving two times during my shift to use the rest room. the training is poorly put together. it took 2 weeks of explaining the minuet details of the computer system to explain just exactly what we were doing: and that was done by throwing us on the phones. the jobs simple if you can just zone out for 5 hours and read a script.

Pros

Flexible work hours, Nice People, really easy job for being a call center. They have a good corporate culture good benefits.

Cons

Imo there really were no cons only left because I got a higher paying job. If you can handle a call center it is a good job.

Pros

Take home vehicle. The best training. Very good pay for the industry.

Cons

This being related to my market, but no management support (booger flicking experts) advancement opportunities are almost non existent. Poor management (not all of them) and poor communication (majority of them).
