      Easy work opportunity to make a lot of money

      Pros

      Work in an air conditioned environment, cool people. Since we offer a superior product we usually deal with happy repeat customers. Very easy to make lots of commission money

      Cons

      The only problem with a premium product is the premium price, so you will have to overcome the objections of customer's who can get cheaper glass. Also, the occasional angry, inconsolable consumer. High call volume and access to personal info means no phones or electronic devices on the floor. Lunch breaks are only 30 minutes

      Pros

      This is a training company. So if you have just graduated from high school or college with no customer service/contact center experience and want to enter this field, then apply here. If you just want a part-time job to work around day care this is for you!

      Cons

      High turnover, and not a lot of promotional opportunities for people with a lot of experience. They like to train them young and inexperienced. In Chandler, everyone is hired part-time, and has to compete with everyone to be promoted to full-time. Part-timers do not get paid vacation.

      Pros

      they give you really good training and you are very prepared when you hit the floor, they make sure are educated on the accounts that you take and most of the job coaches are very helpful and they give you a really nice schedule

      Cons

      they do not offer anymore overtime they used to offer daily in the peak season and have cut off all the overtime and have yet to bring it back in over 4 months which makes it hard on people like me that really relied on it to provide for my family and they are really strict on their attendance policy
