      Pros

      Some of the guys you work with are good people. The training provided and tools were very good.

      Cons

      Management is horrid, do not care about most people, always pick favorites and give the easy and in house work to those favorites. Don't care if you are out there 20 hours, just get it done mentality.

      Pros

      Unquestionably a people-oriented organization. Very customer focused and first level store management aligned with "doing the right thing" every time.

      Cons

      Pay could be increased to at least meet local area averages. Performance management process could be improved to assess/deliver to employee on time and to reflect meaningful metrics related to daily job performance.

      Flexibility on work schedule/location based upon your role. Strong leadership that's driving organizational growth - this is the place you want to be if you want to make a difference. Safelite gives you the ability to innovate and drive change.

      Cons

      Losing talented people. It's becoming recognized as a place to go to develop, and people are getting picked off to go to other employers. It's sad to see good people go and the change of losing people is difficult.
