      Good pay and good friends to be made a all around great company Safelite is a great company to work For really good on benefits but management is beyond tight. No room for error in San Antonio

      Pros

      Good people, once you're in specialty you can have an hour between calls

      Cons

      Horrible training, CSRs don't know what their doing and management isn't better off. If you have a questions it could take months if before you get an answer if you get one at all. Most people don't stay over a year

      Pros

      I love coming into work and working with a GREAT group of people from coaches to TSR's. Everyone is respected and treated really good. You'll never find a better group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Most positions (other than phone reps) are expected to work support and assist answering the phones while still doing their primary job. At times, the pay seems a bit low considering we're technically working two jobs.
