      Empowered, but stressful at times. Suffers from overreaching strategy

      Pros

      Respect for associates, empowered in many areas, strong desire to improve. The company is dedicated to breaking new ground in a well established industry and generally puts its actions behind that goal.

      Cons

      Overly Centralized, too many SME's with expanded authority. Lots of smart people in certain subjects that stretch a little knowledge into an area where it isn't relevant. Entirely too much political maneuvering as a result.

      compnay prides itself and strives for "exceptional customer service experience" supportive management from front line job coaches/supervisors, department managers, training personnel and middle to senior management staff

      Pros

      Good work hours. You rarely work past 5 pm any day as a technician. Good benefits. (Expensive, but good.)

      Cons

      - The tendency to tell you things and not follow through. The term "Don't hold your breath" tends to float around the shops quite often. I've heard too many things that were never followed through on. - There are too many "chiefs" at the CTU. All the senior level managers for the market you're in work there plus there is also a shop located inside as well. Because of all the bosses that work out of there, there tends to be too many "chiefs" calling the shots..
