      some teams are doing things right; the one I landed on was not

      Cons

      -lower pay for role (120k for Senior) -disconnected management (more concerned with putting people in seats than building teams) -high turnover (team lead, senior systems analyst, and experienced software engineer all quit in my first 6 months) -was not involved in hiring of any replacement team members -bonus doesnt pay out until q2 of following year

      Once you are loaded and start your day you are not bothered making the work itself peaceful

      Cons

      Higher up management doesn’t care about work life balance your life can be falling apart but they only care because it affects Their money. You are only a tool to them
