      It’s fairly easy to get hired.

      Cons

      You can’t make a career with such little growth. The wage compression is horrendous.

      Pay is decent and benefits are average.

      Cons

      Zero leadership! Leadership turnover! Promotes and hires “friends”. RIF’s are a normal part of the culture now. Also the culture is horrible.

      They don't care about you

      Pros

      The pay is decent better if you were friends with the boss before being hired.

      Cons

      They do not care about there employees. Once your on there radar they will find any reason to fire you. They will fire you if you put in your 2 weeks to protect there numbers.
