      Pros

      The pay is decent better if you were friends with the boss before being hired.

      Cons

      They do not care about there employees. Once your on there radar they will find any reason to fire you. They will fire you if you put in your 2 weeks to protect there numbers.

      Pros

      The shop I worked at was pretty laid back. Don't get me wrong they strived for perfection..which is always good. But it was a fun shop to work in as we all got along and we could joke around with one another.

      Cons

      The Corporate mentality made me feel they didn't care about the employees. First they cut our healthcare to where it was more expensive to go to a doctor. Then they would take away tools that were useful and force us to use tools that didn't work as well.
