      Room for growth within the ranks relatively quick

      Cons

      To stay in that master tech position and salary you need to basically clock out while on the job only to clock back in when another car shows up. Company expect you to hangout around the shop clocked out waiting for your next car otherwise your numbers go down possibly causing you to lose the tile and the pay.

      There are a lot of good people that work for this company. Hard workers. There are a lot of benefits and discounts available. Annual bonuses. Weekly pay

      Cons

      Low work life balance. Outdated systems. Over worked management. Unnecessary redundant processes. 6 day a week schedule is the norm. The business is closed on Sunday, if not it would mostly likely be 7. Bonuses should be at minimum quarterly. No one should have to wait a whole year to be rewarded for going above and beyond. Inventory is done by pen and paper. Why???
