      Decent pay that's about it.

      Cons

      You can't be 1 min late for work or break. I was told I could be hired because of the situation that caused to have to leave. Then had an interview and was told I wasn't able to be hired back. They don't really care about you as a person. You only get paid for selling wipers if you meet a certain percentage.

      Location is the only pro.

      Cons

      Diversity to this company is a joke. This company has a perfect plan to keep women in leadership, most look the same. When it comes to people Of color or other cultures they miss big time. They post the standard ads on the sites but do not live by what they preach. Sad because this company has potential. They need to wipe out the old school team starting with the call center leaders where look like a bunch of clones who can’t relate to your every day people. Their minority staff disappears and no one ever wonder why? Kinda strange
