Good starting job, lots to learn, some good employees and customers, good benefits,

Cons

No work life balance, no standard on how to get promoted, transfer is almost never, not worth it being an assistant manager 11+hours work minimum plus commute (good luck getting lunch)

Cons

to many bosses not enough workers. obsessive and self destructive desire to eliminate shrink. favoring new cheap help over old experienced workers.
