My review is specifically for the Sage Intacct business unit. You’ll get free snacks and beverages.

Cons

You will be gaslighted and expected to gaslight your customers, employees are promoted based on popularity - not performance. The emphasis is on your errors - not your accomplishments.

Pros

Middle management within the organization is very supportive, and clearly understands issues faced by the team. This adds a sense of togetherness within our own silo, but will not be sustainable in the long-run

Cons

KPIs, KPIs, and more KPIs! The organization is making a very strong push towards meeting company metrics, which are seemingly changing at a rapid pace to be able to simply keep up. The organization is struggling to show team members appreciation for what they have done, along with acknowledging how much they are willing to adjust on-the-fly for the betterment of the organization. Both of these factors are beginning to lead to major burnout. As for when this burnout is reached and a team member does leave the organization, there is also a painstaking slow plan to add relief in the terms of opening new roles as backfill.

Pros

The coworkers were awesome! What a rich group of talented people.

Cons

During the recent layoff, there was zero change management applied for clients and was shocked when clients called me and said "where in the world are you?" I really wonder why Sage would not have sent the clients an email notifying them.
