Pros

Work from home multiple times a week. Good place to build on networking fundamentals knowledge

Cons

Unfair workload distribution (some people avoid taking calls), because managers only look at number metrics to measure performance, leading to workers "gaming the system". The work is moreso a call center than a network operations center. Knowledge is somewhat gatekept by higher tiers, they are belittling when lower tiers ask questions. low pay compared to other jobs in the network/IT industry
