Pros

I love the benefits, the environment, and the people I work with. It's exciting to watch the transformation of our business over the years and to see people do amazing things. Entry level roles have served as a stepping stone for associates to dive deep into the business and help make real lasting change, and talented professionals have found SageNet to be a great place to grow in order to achieve their goals of working for some of the biggest brands in the world.

Cons

We're humans -- despite best efforts, sometimes it gets loud when it should be quiet, it gets messy when it should be clean, and gets tough when it should have been easy. It's the same with any company - the difference is how we deal with it.

As an Organizational Development Manager, we would surely hope (and are thrilled) that you feel this way! The enthusiasm and passion highlighted in your post indicate that you’re indeed the right person for the job! 😊 And as you mention, things aren’t always perfect. But, if we can continue learning and growing from our mistakes, we’re not doing too shabby! If you have any additional feedback or advice to management, let our HR team know!

The company puts its employees first and the employees put the customers first which makes for the perfect work environment.

Cons

The Office is in a Metro area which can be a tough commute on some days.

That is what we love to hear! We truly mean it when we say trusted connections with our associates and customers (as well as our communities!) is what drives us. We’re thrilled to hear that our “Why” is being felt throughout the organization. As far as the commute, I’m crossing my fingers that 2020 brings teleportation. But, until then, please don’t hesitate to talk to your manager to explore options that might help you work around the worst of rush hour. We want to create a work/life balance that works for everyone. If you’d like to share any additional comments, please reach out to our HR team!
