      Great management. Company ethics are very good.

      Cons

      Not enough PTO, and I would like for it be separate from sick time.

      SAME. We also love the management team. And I don’t think there’s anyone in the workforce who wouldn’t like more PTO! It’s definitely something we’re always reviewing as part of our talent acquisition and retention efforts.       They bought out Awaresoft and made people get written permission to go to the bathroom

      All of the advantages at Awaresoft were decimated when it was purchased by Sagenet

      Cons

      You must have written permission to go to the bathroom. This must be signed by you and counter signed by a supervisor. There are many other micro-managerial practices, but this one is the easiest to explain.
