Great if you come with realistic expectations

This is a production facility. You will be working a production job. It is hard work. No, you will not be coddled and told you're doing a wonderful job. No, you won't be asked about your feelings. If you want some hippy gig, go apply elsewhere. If you would like to begin a potentially rewarding career with a company that is growing and a job that will be secure and evolving to meet both customer demands and technological advancement, look no further. As other reviewers have implied, the naysayers are often those who take no responsibility for themselves or their actions; blaming their poor experience on management or some other nonsense. This job, like life, is what you make of it. Do your best and have a good attitude. That's all that is required to make it here. Have an open mind, but importantly, be ready to WORK. This is PHYSICAL LABOR. With full health benefits..just saying. PS. They tell you in the interview that there is occasional mandatory overtime. Key word being mandatory. Come to work expecting to work over. If you go home early? BONUS!!

There really are a lot of guys that come in with unrealistic expectations of what they will be doing. This is WORK You will not be sitting down all day. PHYSICAL. LABOR.
