Pros

-Great coworkers -Client food -Flexibility -No dress code -Free Parking -Close to highway -Very relaxed interview -They hire people quickly -CEO of company is very visible and engages with recruiters

Cons

-if you don't fit in the clique, you're out. Theres no tolerance for privacy here. Keeping things to yourself is seen as rude. -no proper HR therefor any issues with coworker becomes public knowledge immediately -every employee under the age of 30 is miserable and from the beginning will warn you to get out asap if you can -if you don't share your food with the boss, guess what? Snarky looks abound! -no seperatiion between work and lunch. If you're eating at the table it SHOULD be assumed that it's a lunch break therefor let the work talk take a back seat -no room for growth -they don't pay what they say they will -pothead lead recruiter is very nice to your face but will do anything to prevent anyone with more experience and skills to get any kind of recognition -back of house supervisor and daughter have high positions which make it difficult to seperate boss from HR -no warning if they don't like something. Instant termination without any guidance or reason -while everyone is laid back, chill and makes jokes about each other it can and will be used against you if they need a reason to terminate you -recently saw someone let go because of things that we all do yet no retraining or talk about proper behavior -now we need to walk on eggshells because a person can get moved or fired if a single person with no power (other than being best friends with the bosses) holds your faith in their hands

Pros

something different everyday. the studies are interesting, the respondents are fun. co-workers are the best i've ever worked with. they are fun, kind, hilarious and genuine people

Cons

been with the company almost 2 years with a masters degree and work part time. i work very hard and make less then those with a ged. there will be weeks when i have no hours and will receive calls in the middle of the day to come in. if i cant get there it feels like a strike against me. i get no benefits, time off, anything. im expected to work weekends when needed. i get no overtime or bonus, unlike my co-workers. after my one year review i received a raise. i now make $11.33. i am sadly thankful for the job.

Pros

Great people, Flexible schedule (mornings vs. evenings), Networking, Client food, Awesome downtown location, client service experience.

Cons

If you're looking for a lot of Market Research experience, look elsewhere. You get exposure to interviews/focus groups, but you don't get any hands on experience and learn much about research itself. This is mainly a client service/assistant job. Very long hours - I would work 12+ hour shifts at least twice a week No room for advancement Some clients don't treat you well. Have to have thick skin and patience to deal with some people.
