Pros

Good benefits, Friendly coworkers, Relatively easy work

Cons

Too much drama in the office, Management shows favoritism, Management treats lower employees like children/worthless scum, Facilities are cramped and in my particular location the air conditioning was broken, Even as an employee first starting off, mistakes are INTOLERABLE!, I had less than week left after giving my two weeks notice and they fired me at the drop of a hat.

Pros

This was my first job out of college: Interaction with clients Exposure to Industry Ability to witness focus study groups Flexible Hours

Cons

The specific location in which I worked was very 'clique-ish'. The facility is run by a woman who employ's her sister and sister-in-law. Favoritism IS SHOWN.
