-Breaks--You do not get a break. can work a 12+ hour shift and get just a few minutes to shove your face with some food before someone is calling you to do something.
-Cliquish--There is definitely the "cool" group here and it includes the upper management of the facility and if you are not a part of it then god help you because an already bad job just became worse.
-Hours--The hours are just unpredictable, which does come with the industry, but the scheduling is absolutely ridiculous; you will be scheduled for a 14 hour shift simply because the person who does the scheduling doesn't want to break up the shift into two. We have been told if we do not want to work these long shifts to let the supervisors and managers know, but it does not change anything. If you want hours you have to work these shifts.
-Pay--To put it frankly, the pay sucks and do not expect a raise, even if you do a great job, because they are not going to give you a raise for over a year. You also do not get paid overtime, unless you work over 80 hours in 2 weeks, which they make sure does not happen.
-Some of the clients are just rude, which means you need a thick skin, but sometimes even a thick skin doesn't help. They will talk down to you and act as if you are their servant, when in reality you have the same amount of education, if not more.
-There is a high turnover of employees due to all of the aforementioned topics
