      Local management makes a difference HR is available when needed Of all the LTL carriers I have worked for, major players SAIA is the best at protecting all employees

      Very high expectations Long hours Neither would dissuade me from working at Saia

      Local home everyday no night driving unless your doing line haul

      Cons

      Not enough hours, 9am start time, there always asking if anyone wants to stay home
