I worked there for many years and when the economy tanked, their true colors shown thru. Micro-management became the norm and managers were just plain mean and cut-throat. Moral went down the tubes and it became a very difficult environment to work in.

The cons are considerably numerous to mention... undue pressure, so politically correct that white male employees are automatically at fault no matter the situation, upper management that won't stand up for their employees, even when doing what that manager directed, back-stabbing at every level, and an HR department that makes the Gestapo look like saints!
