      Pros

      Pays good. they have good insurence for you and your family. the work and pay is consistant. your home everynight.

      Cons

      The tracters are neglected and not maintained properly. trailers are trash except the few newer ones. supervisers dont care about you having alife. if they could they would work you 20 hrs a day.

      Pros

      The best thing about Saia was my last day! When asked, I tell people Hell would freeze over before I even considered going back.

      Cons

      The cons are considerably numerous to mention... undue pressure, so politically correct that white male employees are automatically at fault no matter the situation, upper management that won't stand up for their employees, even when doing what that manager directed, back-stabbing at every level, and an HR department that makes the Gestapo look like saints!
