      maybe industry related, but lack of respect and arrogance of some senior management pervades, staff treated as mules.

      Pros

      Depends upon immediate supervisor, and levels that you deal with during your work.Benefits are above average and good if you endure a longer duration of work there.

      Cons

      Senior management only wanted yes-men, opinions of those who actually did work, or managed those who did work had little bearing, even if it was solicited, which for the most part it was not.

      great pay and benefits good time off and work environment

      lots of the trucks are underpowered and extremely old 1million miles plus

      Started out great but many changes, lack of support and focus made it difficult.

      Nice starting salary and perks. Terrific sales training. Overall a great group of people to work with

      Cons

      Employees are spread way to thin to be successful and offer best in class service. Direction and focus seemed to change weekly. Many unrealistic expectaions ie: 10 quality sales calls a day. Lack of emplyee morale and high management turnover.
