      Pros

      Pay is good very good opportunity to grow as far as raises. Top pay is pretty good has a good dock to driver program

      Cons

      Very poor training they give u 5 days to learn everything and send u off on your own. Not an safe environment drivers drive crazy trying to hit production. Managers don't care about your safety.

      Pros

      Decent pay with minimal physical work. The environment is perhaps 70% machine operations which limits the wear on ones body.

      Cons

      Management can be rather arrogant and offer little guidance to how to follow the system correctly.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits right out of college. Management provides excellent training. The department has a work hard play hard atmosphere. Peers and upper management are quick to recognize excellence. Promotional opportunities are attainable to go to the field.

      Cons

      Needs to have more team bonding activities outside of the office. If you don't have a positive attitude then you will not make it in this industry.
