benefits are the best i've ever had

Cons

management is extremely poor, Always don't have enough money to keep my dept staffed but other dept are always fully staffed they had 4 doctors to take care of and they had 4 MAs I had 8 doctors several specialties with only 2 MAs including myself. Yet SLU has enough money to build brand new hospitals....

Pros

Great benefits including tuition reimbursement, healthcare, dental and eye insurance, retirement matching after 1 year and paid vacation and sick days.

Cons

Pay is mediocre and the current financial struggles are leading to some moral issues but overall a great place to work. The Jesuit mission and values drive a lot of our work rather than just the bottom line. Good work-life balance.
