Pros

My team members were very friendly, people seem to try hard. Typically striving for a common goal. Small company so access to senior leadership is available.

Cons

No structure...hurry up and do something attitutude with minimal training and support. Systems in place are antiquated and did not seem to have any plans to improve challenge areas. High turnover due to poor leadership, very low employee satisfaction.

Pros

Tips. There's a turnover rate so you could end up with a better job that you are also underqualified for. There's weed around.

Cons

They work you like a slave. You will have no time for anything else. Low pay Everyone is pretty undeequalified. Therefore they tend to try too hard - the employees look like an ad for Kohl's and all reek of weed.

Pros

The majority of the employees are wonderful. The property is beautiful, especially the Spa.

Cons

Too many: Executive leadership is too focused on winning Forbes, and no attention is given to the "Brand Promise" of *Delivering excellence to service professional (employees)*. There is no *Demonstration of preparing, empowering or developing employees, as cited in "The Salamander Brand Promise*. Employees are treated as disposable commodities, which is really sad. The employee cafeteria, as well as the back of the house corridors and offices are inundated with flying insects.
