Pros

Great company, Pays well, Good schedule Overall it’s a good company. “It’s a case of one bad apple causing the barrel to be bad”

Cons

Upper level management allows/supports some mid level managers to discriminate regarding age, sex and race. They are fully aware that this manager has had and currently has issues with employees age, sex and race; while they do nothing to address these issues. Upper level managers are aware that specific managers have there own personal issues and they act as if they are afraid to say anything. They have allowed one particular manager to grow as a cancer within the organization. There has been multiple complaints and allegations about this manager. Agents have requested team changes to get away from this manager and it is consistently look over or swept under the rug.
