Pros

Potential Bonuses, Able to accrue PTO

Cons

No type of benefits for PT employees. No OT and the bonuses were weak! All the managers are on one accord and has a “I’m right your wrong” mentality. I got fired for what they call a “No call no show”. HOWEVER, the days that I was absent I properly used the call out line; WITH PROOF of doing so still did not want to see my proof or consider it. Instead fired me with no warning, no write-up or anything.

Pros

great pay! schedule is alright, unlimited overtime.id only recommend bc of the unlimted OT and the salaries are great for people who don't have college degrees

Cons

favoritism for promotions, its about who you know who who you are having a sexual relationship with .promotions go to people who know other people in higher places and the folks being promoted in collections 90% are unqualified and get picked over people who are qualified . promotions not fair. HUMAN RESOURCES is a joke...it needs to be outsourced.....to people who wont be biased and unfair.
