Pros

Compared to most jobs the hourly rate is really good and collectors have the potential to make decent money if you don't mind working lots of overtime. Management is easy to talk too, are understanding, and flexible. Work environment is casual.

Cons

Have to work a lot of overtime to meet quotas. The company likes changes every month there is something new and they like to change how we do things. One month they want a task done one way and the next month they will want something completely different.

Pros

opportunity to make money if the effort is put forth

Cons

Select regulation and high compensation leads to compliance violations that are not readily addressed. If management treated everyone fairly, more effort would be displayed by employees.
