-High potential for monthly incentives -Nice amount of PTO Provided

Cons

-Only allotted 1 sick day (same day callout) per quarter -Advertises Monday-Friday but frequently requires 2-3 Saturday shifts per month as well as occasional Sunday Shifts -Frequently revolving management team -Lack of communication -Says off on holidays however if business requires they will take a holiday away with minimal notice -Director is not held to appropriate standards -Minimal room for growth unless you know someone
