      Pros

      Friends I've made through my customer service.

      Cons

      They took the incentive trips away, along with the bonuses. Added a whole bunch more work with a whole lot less authorized clerk hours. When I first started Sally's, the company actually cared about the employees. There was room for advancement, but now..different story. Instead of promoting assistants, they've cut their hours and hire outside to replace managers that have left.

      Pros

      The people are great! Truly a great group of people to work with at the Denton offices. Interesting industry with dynamic contracts both merchandise vendors and IT consultants. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs are frequent, every year a group of people are let go with the last layoff in April 2018 the largest. From 2016-2017 almost all Executive leadership turned over except for CEO and a hand full of VPs. Anyone working at corporate office knows they are expendable. A consultant company seemed to take over strategic planning for company which resulted in restructuring that left many operational holes and sent industry experts with invaluable knowledge away from the company.

      Pros

      There is not one pro to this job at all. if you’re manager was nice enough you’re supposed to receive gratis. Which you didn’t get until you asked about 400 times. Employee discount on the bootleg second hand products.

      Cons

      -Dock your pay -Unreasonable Hours -Unknowledgeable associates but hey if they can move a box on the shelves, They’re qualified!!! -Upper management -no organization -no respect -low starting pay -never weekends off -bad management -can’t request off on personal events -Request for us to lie to customer about merchandise, promotions and policies.
