Nice work atmosphere, dynamic and vibrant. You have the freedom to manage your own schedule. You get the chance to try out different new technologies

Cons

No cons I'd say. Maybe the offices aren't that cool?

Micromanagement & Passive Aggression Run Amok

Pros

- small office - nice employee perks like bar in office, gym membership, unlimited PTO (also a con), retreats, etc. - Sales/engineering teams are treated like royalty

Cons

- cliquey - "unlimited PTO" = no holidays off - HR dept - CEO micromanages every aspect of company - drinking required - nerf wars all day long - frathouse w/ a sales team - if you aren't sales/engineers, they don't care

What a vibe!

Pros

Never felt such a good vibe before in an organization. Product is awesome, clients love us, management is in a higher level and employees are happy. Did I mention we have the best people? Yes, everyone working here is the best on what they do.

Cons

Not really a con but more like a challenge, Startup business.
