Pros

It's a small office with a bar (which could be a minus if you don't drink). There are some nice benefits, like unlimited PTO. The product is great.

Cons

The CEO micromanages everything, which leads to believe that he has no confidence in the capabilities of the people working there. This micromanagement transcends to other directors and managers in the organization. There are a number of people being promoted to people management roles, who shouldn't be placed in those positions because they possess a lack of maturity. It's also very cliquey and doesn't seem like a very professional environment to work in. Was not impressed and would not recommend working here if you are looking to work in an environment that will nurture you as an individual and provide respect.

Pros

-Great Company Culture -You get to work with a team of highly capable individuals -Easy to use software that is constantly improving -Opportunities for Growth -Reasonable work/life balance -Flexible with time off -Transparency throughout the company -Agile environment

Cons

-No Matching 401k -Benefits are just okay -Company is still working on defining their processes. This can be a pro or con depending on who you are. -Recent turnover has put strain on some departments

As you grow, the company grows. As Samanage continues to scale, it will be important to implement processes that add value for people in addition to maintaining agility and flexibility. Too often processes can overburden and constrict growth. Your suggestions are welcome and appreciated. While the benefits are good, they can always be better.
