Pros

There are so many great things I can say about Samanage. The company works hard but we all celebrate together. Any time anyone has a question, there is someone who is willing to help you get the answer you are looking for.

Cons

There are some times where employees opinions aren't taken into consideration all the time, but management is doing a great job at wanting to hear everyone's thoughts and opinions which is great.

The brightest minds across the world, all in one place, all working towards one goal. Most teams are aligned and working towards the goals of the company. Everyone is helpful, listens, and is available to everyone else in the company Good work life balance Decent benefits Literally anyone is welcomed with open arms

Cons

Lots of red tape for things that seem like not a big deal It takes a long time to shift the course of the ship Some days are go go go, other days are hurry up and wait
