All about politics. Hard working people get kicked out by people who is jealous about your achievements. Those lazy and stupid people who do not care about product and only know tricks to play politics can stay happily and live a relaxed life in company. A company with those losers keep smart people away. It is never be a good place to work. Go to Apple if you are capable.

Poor management team. No vision, no leadership, no people skills. The executives, directors and some managers are very political. They spend significant time to make the Korean side happy, but care little about their own employees. They dont like people asking questions, in their own words "just do the job, keep your head down"! Some executives are very bully, and dont expect appreciation or help, no matter how hard you work. The culture is very Korean. Many decisions are from the Korean dispatchers. (But to be fair, I did enjoy working with the Korean engineers). Morale is low, and attrition is high.
