Too many games, too many social networking and office politics. This is a local company. Everyone knows each other, just like one big family. You should work there if you know someone who works there for a long time or is one of the management. But if you don't know anyone there, then you are alone and on your own. Unless you are really good at playing games and office politics, to get one of the management to like you. Otherwise, this place could be your nightmare. What I mean is I worked in 4 places, this is the only place that I felt hostile and a bit horrified. Don't get me wrong, people are all nice people, so I do not know where it went wrong. Maybe because the pay is good, so people are more competitive. Or maybe just my management doing something intentional or nonintentional. so the people under him are playing politics and games so hard. Even I do not want to climb the ladder, I just want to have a peaceful place to work and go home. I have to stand on my toes all day but still got nitpicked. To sum up, this place is not for outsiders. But if you are a white male who grew up in New Albany, this is a very good company to work in.

People are not valued. Management uses people and then blames and fires them whenever management make mistakes. For example, SME in Colorado Springs fired 10 people withing 3 weeks. Everyone knows the story but management continues to lie.
