Free coffee, easy work, casual environment

Cons

You will never be heard, management will do anything to protect themselves, no room for advancement, nepotism is rampant here, office drama is unlike anywhere else, sexual harassment is extremely prevalent, racism towards blacks and especially employees in asian countries, pay is below average, lies about statistics to make employees think the company is doing better than it is

Dynamic environment (if you don’t like how things are going, wait five minutes) history of growth, extremely capable manufacturing and logistics operations

Cons

They talk a lot of platitudes but they don’t live up to them. Senior management can’t make a plan, or stick to a plan. Engineering efforts consist of following a checklist. The operations are really run by a cabal of 10 or 20 people who have been there forever. Real efforts in coaching, mentoring, or performance feedback are completely absent.

Free coffee, allows for you to be on your smartphone while working, some gatherings during holidays

Cons

Toxic management. Manipulation by micro managing and controlling. Very very weak training matrix. Very little structured guidance for training. Favoritism and nepotism run wild there. Its who you know, to gain any advancement. If you aren't part of the WOKE generation, you will be wrapped up in it. Too much smartphone use on the work floor and among managers.
