      The company has a family feel. They take pride in their reputation and facilities.

      Cons

      Upper management is very political. One's performance and work ethic do not shine as much as their political persona.

      Pros

      Easy work Some very good people work there. If you get put in the right department, you will have a good time. The problem is that that's a pretty big if.

      Cons

      Management can be a bit cold and hostile, depending on which department you are in. They fixate on your shortcomings and mistakes and ignore your successes. Work is not challenging. Co-ops are expendable. They hire 5x as many co-ops as they intend to hire for full-time. They also will attempt to underpay you severely unless you aggressively advocate for yourself (but that applies to a lot of companies, I suppose). Little opportunity for long-term advancement. They won't admit it, but they are in decline. The whole industry is slowing down, and they are being left behind.
