Global Company with laid-back atmosphere, no union, great bonuses, great benefits, customer (Sudden) service is priority one ensuring a prosperous future, opportunities based on skills instead of degrees, job stability, provides ability to expand knowledge of company on several different levels, training opportunities, good pay, open door policy, freedom to do your job without overbearing managers, locally & family owned, no expense spared for the best of everything, consistent & substantial annual growth, good company status communications, very little micro-management, on-site deli / restaurant
Cons
Handbook is extremely vague in some respects, pay increases are not set, scheduled, easy to get, nor do they come with promotions in a timely manner, too many associates who refuse to accept that the company is growing and try to continue with the small business mentality
