Your coworkers will be fine, but the management will just let you down day after day until you decide to give up and walk out. When the equipment malfunctions or breaks you'll be stuck trying to fix it in front of angry customers with people who were never trained on how to solve the issues because all of the competent people who could fix the issues in a timely manner have quit. You'll deal with people who refuse to wear masks and entitled corporate bookings filled with people who treat you like garbage. And for all of that you will get paid less than you can get at McDonald's flipping burgers or at any other store in any mall that sandbox vr is located in.
