Work overtime, need to work overnight for 20 hours sometimes. Eyes and hands will start to pain. Work over task, need to handle 4 different tasks one week. (website poster render, trailer video modify, two new game assets production) Work emergency, breaking the plan. many tasks is always too urgent, you need to stop what you are doing and do the urgent task first. No game company culture.
